We Have Answers.

Everything you need to know about buying land, payment options, and securing your ownership at Vision Court.

Starting is simple. You can reach out via WhatsApp, call, or email to speak with one of our property consultants. They will walk you through available plots, pricing, and payment options. You can also visit the estate in person or request a virtual tour before committing.

You will need a valid government-issued ID (National ID, International Passport, or Driver's License), a recent utility bill or proof of address, and your purchase deposit or initial payment. Our team handles all required legal documentation on your behalf.

Yes. Many of our clients purchase remotely from within Nigeria and abroad. We offer a comprehensive virtual tour of the estate, detailed plot maps, and video walkthroughs so you can make a fully informed decision from anywhere in the world. All agreements and documentation can be completed digitally.

Outright purchases can be completed within a few business days once your documents are verified and payment is confirmed. Installment buyers complete the purchase over their chosen payment term. Title documents are processed after full payment is received and typically take 4–8 weeks to finalise.

We offer three flexible options: Outright Purchase (pay in full and get an instant allocation), Installment Plans (spread payments over 6, 12, or 24 months), and Mortgage/Financing assistance through partner financial institutions. Contact us to find the plan that suits your budget.

For installment plans, an initial deposit of 30% of the total plot price is required to secure your allocation. The remaining balance is spread across your chosen payment period with no interest charges.

No. Vision Court is committed to full pricing transparency. The only fees are the plot price, a one-time legal/documentation fee, and the survey plan fee — all disclosed upfront before you sign anything. There are no surprise costs at any stage.

We understand that life happens. Our team will reach out to you before any default actions are taken. We work with buyers to reschedule payments where possible. We strongly recommend contacting us proactively if you foresee a delay — early communication ensures your allocation is protected.

Upon completing your payment, you will receive a Deed of Assignment, a Survey Plan in your name, and a Certificate of Occupancy (C of O) where applicable. These are legally recognised ownership documents in Nigeria.

Yes. All Vision Court land is fully government-approved with clean titles, properly surveyed, and free from any encumbrances or third-party claims. We carry out thorough due diligence on every parcel before offering it for sale. Our legal team is available to address any title concerns you may have.

Absolutely. We welcome buyers from all over the world. We have a dedicated diaspora purchase process with remote verification, international payment options, and a personal consultant assigned to guide you throughout. Many of our current plot owners reside outside Nigeria.

Title processing begins immediately after full payment is confirmed. The Deed of Assignment and Survey Plan are typically issued within 4–8 weeks. The C of O, where applicable, follows the statutory government processing timeline, which we manage on your behalf.

Vision Court is located in a prime, fast-developing corridor in Nigeria. The exact address and directions are shared with prospective buyers upon request, or you can visit the Contact page for full location details and a map.

Yes to both. In-person tours are available by appointment — our team will guide you through the estate and available plots. Virtual tours via WhatsApp video call or Zoom are available for buyers who cannot visit in person. Book your preferred tour type on the Tour Booking page.

Vision Court combines verified legal titles, transparent pricing, flexible payment plans, and a dedicated post-sale support team. We prioritise your long-term security over quick sales. Every plot is surveyed, documented, and supported by our in-house legal and property management teams — so you are never left to figure things out alone.

You can reach us via WhatsApp at 1-800-987-6543, by email at info@visioncourt.com, or through our Contact page. Our team is available Monday to Saturday, 8am–6pm.
