These Terms & Conditions govern your participation in the Vision Court Estate Referral Program. By signing up as a referral agent, you agree to abide by the following terms:
1. Eligibility & Enrollment
✔ Must be at least 18 years old and legally able to engage in business transactions.
✔ No prior real estate experience is required, but professionalism is expected.
✔ Registration as a referral agent must be approved before participating in commission-based sales.
2. Referral & Sales Process
✔ Referral agents must introduce new clients who are not already in our database.
✔ All referred clients must complete a purchase before commissions are earned.
✔ Each agent will be assigned a unique referral ID for tracking sales.
✔ Agents must not mislead, misrepresent, or coerce clients into purchasing land.
3. Commission Payment Terms
✔ Commissions are paid only on successful sales (full payment or required milestone met).
✔ Payments are made within 7 business days after transaction verification.
✔ Minimum payout of ₦50,000 (accumulated commissions below this threshold roll over monthly).
✔ Agents are responsible for providing correct banking details for commission disbursement.
✔ Agents responsible for remitting taxes (WHT deducted at source per FIRS guidelines).
Performance Incentives
- Top Performer Bonus:
- 10% cash bonus for Agents exceeding ₦10M in quarterly sales.
- Diaspora Leaderboard:
- Top 3 Agents referring diaspora clients receive branded marketing support.
🚨 No commission is paid on refunded or canceled transactions.
4. Marketing & Promotion Guidelines
✔ Agents must use approved marketing materials and branding elements provided by Vision Court Estate.
✔ Any form of false advertising, spamming, or misleading promotions is prohibited.
✔ Agents are not allowed to impersonate Vision Court Estate or make promises beyond what the company officially offers.
5. Code of Conduct
🚫 No false claims, deceptive tactics, or exaggerated promises to clients.
🚫 No misrepresentation of company policies, pricing, or availability.
🚫 No direct selling on behalf of Vision Court Estate without authorization.
🚫 No harassment, coercion, or pressuring clients into purchases.
6. Termination of Referral Partnership
Vision Court Estate reserves the right to terminate a referral agent’s partnership if they violate these terms. Grounds for termination include but are not limited to:
❌ Engaging in fraudulent activities.
❌ Violating company policies or misrepresenting Vision Court Estate.
❌ Repeated complaints from clients about misleading sales tactics.
🚨 Termination means forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
7. Dispute Resolution
✔ In case of disputes regarding commissions or referrals, agents must contact our support team for resolution.
✔ Any legal disputes will be handled under the laws governing real estate transactions in [jurisdiction].
8. Changes to Terms & Conditions
✔ Vision Court Estate reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
✔ Agents will be notified of any major updates to the referral program structure.
9. Agreement & Acceptance
By registering as a referral agent, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
