| Bulk Sales (5+ plots) | 7% of total value | Institutional investors only. |
| Diaspora Referrals | 6% of plot value | International client referrals. |
| Repeat Client Referrals | 2% bonus | Additional to base commission. |
2. How Commissions Are Paid
✔ Commissions are tracked and recorded through your referral dashboard.
✔ Payments are made via bank transfer to the account details you provide.
✔ Agents will receive a detailed breakdown of all earnings in their dashboard.

🚨 Commissions are NOT paid on refunded or canceled transactions.
